Heating is on a fixed schedule and centrally operated which means if the room was cold at a time that the heating wasn't scheduled for then that's though luck for you. Also kept getting locked out of the room as the key card would randomly stop working

The staff were exceptional. In every way. Especially Ken at the front. The hotel was beautiful and my room was beautiful and comfortable and clean.

I have to say the best part of the entire stay were the people. From the moment you arrived to the day you left, everyone was so kind. We were met at the door by a gentlemen of the name Ken, boy is he amazing. He talked football with my son, and made us feel like he had been waiting for us to show up, and that we were the only people staying there. I can’t tell you enough the kind of hospitality we felt when we were there, and it was amazing. Would stay there again!
