Room was kind of dirty and did not look well kept

Easy to get to city center and back. Quite neighborhood ( except when people get to play the bells😂). Vivian in bar was fabulous may have the best laugh in Cork!

Our family of 3 stayed here for two nights and enjoyed it very much. The hotel was comfortable and made us feel like we were experiencing a little bit of authentic Ireland. The onsite pub had some VERY good fish and chips. The staff was helpful and friendly. The only disappointment came from some cultural confusion. The amenities list indicates "laundry facilities" and apparently that means "laundry service" at this hotel. They were helpful in pointing us to a nearby laundromat, but being out at night in the rain doing laundry was a bummer when were were expecting to be able to do it at the hotel. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay here again.
