Attentive staff, so many pools, water park, and white sand beach. Great breakfast buffet. Enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

Way over priced , false advertising, they want to charge you for everything. A slice of cheesecake $1500 pesos, 4 seasons juice $250 pesos etc. save your pesos and go some where Eldo, not worth we normally stay at high end resorts but this is no where to the standard

Rooms are not properly maintained. crews in front desk did not give me enough time to check out when i have 3 toddlers and a pregnant family member while they gave us hustle when we check in and gave us a dirty rooms so i decided to upgraded to their old building which is facing in their “ sea view “ while the old building hasnt been updated or remodeled.

To be honest I didn't find anything about the property I liked other than drinks at the bar. Many things about the property I did not like. But it is very popular with a lot of people so take it or leave it. But will not come back.

Property is huge and beautiful. Great food and wonderful hospitable service at earth restaurant. Beautiful selection of pools. Check in was long and they could not find my reservations via Expedia. I waited 30 minutes until everything was sorted out. It was disappointing - but overall experience at the facility was great. Room was comfortable, clean and great view. Rate 4 stars. ♥️

Beautiful resort with numerous pools to choose from.
The restaurant was great with plenty of entree options for breakfast and dinner. The rooftop restaurant offered a wonderful view of the city at night and even more scenic ocean view at sunset. The staff are great; professional, uniformed, and assistive to the customer's needs.
My only complaint is the cosmetics of the rooms. Some of the mirrors look very old and peeling. Some of the caulk in the bathrooms are also peeling. Overall, the hotel is wonderful and would recommend to anyone wanting a secluded location.

Check-in process was long and have to wait more that 20mins to get out room. Room aircondition was dripping water during the night and did not function well.
Staff was excellent, propery needs to be maintened well.
