It‘s quite a surprise to discover such a lovely hotel in Córdoba. We loved the beautiful garden, the rooms with all amenities and the delicious breakfast.

This hotel is beautiful, clean, and kept in immaculate condition. The staff is friendly and the restaurant has everything, from tacos to steaks and seafood. We will definitely be back.

A wonderful welcoming hotel on gorgeous green grassy grounds. Staff extremely friendly and helpful.
Food service on the terrace overlooking Orizaba mountain quite beautiful too

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at a hotel that failed to meet even the most basic expectations in terms of service and quality. The apathetic attitude of the staff was disheartening, as they seemed uninterested in addressing any of my concerns or providing assistance when needed.
One of the major issues I encountered was the miscommunication regarding check-in and check-out times. Despite confirming the timings prior to my arrival, I arrived to find out that my room was not ready, leaving me waiting for an extended period of time. Similarly, during check-out, the staff seemed unaware of the agreed-upon departure time, causing unnecessary confusion and delay.
To add to the disappointment, the hotel was undergoing constant construction throughout my stay. The noise and disruption were incessant, making it impossible to relax or enjoy any quiet moments. It felt as if there was no consideration for the comfort of the guests.
Overall, my experience at this hotel was highly unsatisfactory. The apathetic staff, miscommunication regarding check-in and check-out times, and ongoing construction overshadowed any potential positives. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a peaceful and enjoyable stay.

Buenas tardes lamento y le pido disculpas por los inconvenientes durante su estancia. El horario de check in es a la 3:00 cuando tenemos habitaciones disponibles las brindamos con gusto en caso de que requieran ingresar antes, pero cuando la ocupación no lo permite es necesario esperar a la hora de check in (3:00 pm) como fue su caso.Respecto al horario de check out es a la 1:00 pm y esta señalado en el formato de registro que usted llena y firma al ingresar al hotel, para realizarlo basta con acercarse a recepción y solicitarlo solo toma un par de minutos.Se están realizando mejoras en el área de jardín pero el personal de mantenimiento no labora los días domingo y el sábado se retiran a las 5:00 pm por lo que no coincidió con su estancia.Nos seria de utilidad saber a quien se dirigio o cuales fueron las inquietudes que no le fueron resueltas durante su estancia para poder dar seguimiento y solución.Gracias

I stayed at this property twice with my dog Murphy. The staff are exceptional and the rooms are generous, and nicely appointed.
