Towels for the pool were obtained via a pass system, passes were issued at reception and then exchanged for towels at the pool area which was always unattended. This resulted in long waits to either receive or return towels in 38 degree heat, really negating the benefit of the pool. We also had to have our room keys recoded 3 times in 2 nights, not ideal. Aside from that staff were friendly, hotel was clean and tidy.

This was a lovely property, and our only regret is that we only stayed for 1 night! We booked a superior room, and it was definitely that! Super comfortable and stylish and with everything a modern traveller might need, it was still very much in keeping with the age of the building.
Facilities were great – breakfast was excellent – staff were attentive and friendly. The location was fantastic – in the Old Jewish quarter and within easy walking distance of all the main attractions of this beautiful city.
Highly recommend – we will return for a longer stay next time.

The front desk staff was extremely kind and special recognition to Isabel working in the dining area in addition, the rest of the staff from housekeeping to overall staff workers were excellent, and the air condition was excellent

Excellent hotel. Very well located. Super friendly staff. Only drawback (all NH hotels) is that the beds are really firm, even hard.

This hotel was conveniently located. The room was a bit small but comfortable. It was great to be so close to good eateries and main attractions. Book attractions way ahead as crowds are huge!
