The hotel is in a great location especially for University activities. Access to the interstate is just down the road. The rooms were comparable quality to other similar hotels and relatively clean. The noise factor will vary during different times of the year. Staff was friendly and helpful. The pool area looked well maintained. Coralville and Iowa City restaurants and Taverns are within reasonable distance. Parking was adequate for guests. A gas station is conveniently just across the street.

Very clean and nice accommodations, especially for the price. For some reason my key card would only work once or twice before if stopped and the staff was friendly and working on fixing that. Scott who worked the desk was very friendly and helpful during check in regarding restaurants/breweries, etc. The breakfast scrambled eggs were a bit runny but everything else was fine. You could pay $80 more across the street in River Landing or you could save that money for a nice meal there and just walk across the street.

In general, clean and comfortable for a 6-night stay visiting family and friends. Breakfast had good selection, good quality, and convenient hours. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Bed and bedding were very comfortable. Towels changed more often than advertised. First night was rough--hallway noise, TVs playing at all hours, toddler screeching, etc., but asked to move to 2nd floor for remainder of stay and had no further problems. (Maybe any motel is the wrong place to look for peace & quiet on a Friday night.) Have stayed there before and would be happy to stay there again.
