Bathroom was dirty. Vents and tub really needed cleaned. There also wasn’t any soap supplied.

It was very clean and the help was very friendly. It appears to be family run which was nice to see.
This is a great location in the Iowa City area.

This hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were quiet....you couldn't hear your neighbors or any doors slamming, which was so nice! The curtains closed nicely which made the room nice and dark for sleeping (I generally don't sleep well at hotels because there are too many lights/not dark enough). The bedding was comfortable. Fridge and microwave in the room. We stayed 2 nights and would choose this hotel again if we needed to stay in the area again.
