This hotel was an excellent choice for an American. The room was big and very clean. Some of the staff spoke English and were very helpful getting around and finding a taxi. There is no room service. The attached restaurant was not good for a non-Spanish speaker -- no printed menus just online. I could access the menu but there was no English version. Even though I have a pretty good Spanish vocabulary, I couldn't understand the food choices and no one was there to explain. But, there are lots of restaurants around that were more than sufficient.

Not what we remembered! This hotel was top notch 5 years ago. The condition of the room was substandard, dirty old carpets, plugged up shower, dated and rundown furniture.

This hotel is rundown. The room was not very clean and the staff only some what helpful. Internet very poor had to cancel zoom meetings.

We booked the king suite (12th floor) just because we wanted the jacuzzi, but they didn’t have hot water that night and didn’t give us any explanation, we basically could’ve stayed in a cheaper room since the hot water wasn’t running.
