Convenient for the tunnel. Small room but sufficient

We had a quadruple room for 2 adults and 2 teens (16&14). This was just an overnight stay so we could continue out journey to Normandy early the next morning. The room is small, but having the upstairs section for the boys was perfect. Three bathroom was very small and compact and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay any longer than one night. We arrived about 9pm and gaining access was very easy - to get into the car park, you check in via the terminals outside reception, and get the room code and car park gate code. Overall ok, and would use again for an overnight stay. The Auchan down the road is amazing!

Property was outdated and dirty, and did not resemble how it looked in the pictures at all. Carpet was older than my kids, beds were almost as if they had been made by a handyman out of solid wood and just overall a terrible experience. Didn't feel safe and would not stay here again!

Amazing hotel but website let us down!

Old dirty small family room
