Your time for shuttle should be 24 hours. It’s terribly inconvenient to guest staying to have to be in the 7 am to 11 pm time slot. When you have to arrive 2-3 hours before your flight. Staff could also be more helpful and polite.

The hotel had leaks all over the corridors and was told pool was not working due to "waiting on parts" but could clearly see all pumps etc were working!, only reason i picked this hotel was for the pool...total letdown

Dee was very rude the tv did not work in the room I called to inform them they said listened would come and never did they were rude bc and nasty to me . Also the water was not hot they where slamming doors

The refrigerator did not work at all. Other than that it was an excellent stay!! Would recommend!!

For the price it’s right… the bar was great and the prices are decent. The pool was ok. The sitting area around pool was great and it had outlets for you to charge your devices. The food is really limited.
