I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. They have professional and friendly staff. The room I’ve stayed in was spacious, clean, safe and quiet.
This hotel is nearby many attractions, points of interest and a metro ride from and to the airport.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Liked the location, modern look, and having breakfast available early in the morning.
Rooms were advertised as soundproof but our room was less soundproofed than what we experience in standard hotel rooms.

It's a decent hotel for a few nights of sightseeing. Be mindful that you pay extra for every amenity, including tea / coffee, or having to ask specifically for cleaning the room. Parking is very expensive, look for street parking instead depending on your needs.

Stuff was unable to explain where is the property on the map
Stuff was unable to explain where the nearest restaurants are.
Stuff was unable to explain how to use elevators:
Staff was unable to open the bottle we bought from them and advised to go to cantina nearby.
The bread at the breakfast was great.
