The amenities were great and the receptionist gave us early check in which was much appreciated after a long day of travel. We had a lovely stay.

Good location short walk into city, quiet, great choice for breakfast.
We stayed three nights on the third night we questioned why the room has not been cleaned and no tea and coffee replaced. we were told we have to ask the night before if we want the room cleaned, we said we should have been told this at check in. The lady asked what am i after compensation !! poor customer relations

Tivoli Hotel is only a 15 minute walk from Tivoli Gardens and Copenhagen main train station. The hotel itself has great dining options and a number of bars including the 12 floor bar serving great cocktails with a great view of Copenhagen on swinging chairs! There is a concierge service and you can hire bikes too. The area is quiet sonyou can have a good nights sleep but still convenient for the city. Highly recommended

The property was nice , the room was nice but no pillows. All they have was 4 throw pillows and they stink. We used the white throw pillows but we covered them with towel coz they smelled bad. The breakfast was very good.
