It was exactly what I expected. I had an Apple TV which meant I needed an Apple ID to use the additional apps. I don't have one so was only able to use Netflix. Not a major issue as I wasn't there to watch TV however it would have been better if I had the option.

Thank you for your review and feedback! Looking forward to host you again! Regarding the Apple TV, unfortunately yes we only provide free Netflix account, since Apple IDs usually are personal and since we have so many apartments we cannot do for each individually.

The apartment met our family needs well. The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the showers was fantastic, the kitchen was stocked well enough and the location was close enough to the major sites and the metro. A few extra things in the kitchen such as sugar would have been helpful but overall, it was just what we needed for our trip.

There was no place to put anything (toiletries) in the bathroom. No instructions to use the stove. the elevator will only let one person and one luggage fit at a time. Lots of construction out front of the building. It is in a central location near all the tourist things you might be interested. No able to figure out how to use the TV. If you just need a place to sleep, it will work. Probably will pick a different location next time.

Great location, comfortable stay.

This apartment is in a great location - walking distance to Tivoli Gardens and several metro/train stations. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The beds and pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was adequate for our needs, 3 bedrooms gave us all the space we needed. Having a washer/dryer on the same floor was nice, however one of the two dryers was out of order, so it was a bit of a race to do laundry some evenings. There was quite a bit of street noise, but we were able to drown it out with the fan and our white noise machines. Except for Saturday night (our first night), when it was insanely loud at 1:30am…it sounded like someone was dragging garbage bins into the courtyard below and the noise lasted for 15-20 min. Otherwise the city noise didn’t bother us. The management company was extremely responsive and very helpful.

Stayed three nights and we had everything we needed here. Netto, supermarket was within 5 min walk and you can buy food/drinks to make your stay more enjoyable. All communication was done via email and no issues. There are multiple doors to go through to enter the place and all requires security code. However, we found the procedures to be trouble free and easy. It was actually better since I didn’t have to carry keys or entry cards when entering/exiting. Now a couple of things that we noticed while we stayed: 1. Since the place was located near main roads and a business district, it isn’t the most quiet place around. It didn’t bother us much, but you will hear ambient noise during the day and gets better at night (except police/ambulance sirens going by) 2. We had 4 pillows total and all were felt tall for us. It would be better if pillows had different thickness (so we can mix and match to find out ideal neck height) At any rate, we enjoyed the stay and would visit again.
