The staff at the Front Desk were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Our room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Very good quality and selection of breakfast food.

The hotel is very close to walking streets lined with shops and restaurants. The room is small and amenities are bare. Bathtub is deep and is not friend to seniors or anyone short.

The property was dirty. Room were not cleaned properly and towels were not changed even when asked. I would not stay there again.

Hotel in a good location.No actual air conditioning system. They have a cooling system of some sort but it doesn’t really work well. They will provide you with a fan if you ask.Room a little small. Made a reservation with a King bed but the bed was actually a double according to American standards.

Old property with odd bathroom layout. Shower was located separately from toilet/ sink. Stains on carpet. Housekeeping only per request and they only make beds, replace towels and remove trash, no room or bathroom cleaning. Breakfast buffet is fairly good, but have to reserve a time slot every day. Rooms facing the City Hall are very noisy. No A/C and cannot keep windows open due to traffic noise and club music on the street. The location is very good with shopping area, Tivoli Gardens and restaurants close by. Walkable to many attractions. Expensive for that type of hotel.
