Perfect location, away from noisy crowds, on the river. Staff are amazingly helpful, better than most good hotels. Nice area to sit after hours while front staff serves you drinks. Unusual addition for a boutique hotel. Room very quiet. Elevator makes it easy. Room small but this is Europe.

Very nice boutique hotel along the canal near nyhavn. Rooms small but clean and beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet very good with lots of options. Staff very helpful when I inquired about places for dinner. Would definitely stay again

It is a nice hotel in a good and convenient location. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.
I booked a superior room, which in the description said had a partial view of the harbour. While the additional space is nice with the floor to ceiling glass panels, the partial view of the harbor is somewhat a disappointment. It was essentially a view done an alleyway!
But on the whole, the good location and nice staff made up for it.
