I was in Copenhagen for the Metallica gigs and found the WakeUp was perfect for my needs. The room was simple but clean and comfortable, there was a large time window for having breakfast so no rush, it was quiet and location-wise it was ideal - only 5 minutes walk from the Metro and no more than 30 minutes walk to most sights (including the stadium). The staff were very efficient and friendly, and happy to help. The luggage lockers were great for the final morning after check-out. My only comment would be around the shower - the water was slow-draining so need to make sure the water is not too high-pressure or the entire bathroom is flooded.

hotel’s rate was vey expensive for the day I booked because of some happening around the area. There’s no coffee maker in the room, had to buy a cup for 20Dkk from the front desk. Room is very small.

My wife and I had a great stay here! The rooms are pretty small. But the friendliness of the staff, the convenient location (near Kongens Nytorv) the reasonably-priced tasty breakfast, and the spacious first-floor meeting area more than made up for it. Plus, we were able to rent bikes affordably from the hotel (so convenient!) and they provided free helmets (which I didn't expect). Overall, Wake Up Copenhagen gave us great value during our 4-day stay. We would certainly stay there again!

The location of this property is perfect for visiting Copenhagen. The staff are excellent and very easy to deal with when necessary.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Great access to city center and night life. Modern, attractive building. Fair prices. Great access to public transport. Love the air conditioning which seems to be a rare commodity in CPH. Breakfast was so-so and needs to be improved. Nice and big lounging areas for resting, chatting. Need more hangers in the rooms, Need house phone in the room to talk to service desk.
