A good hotel but definitely not 5 star as it claims to be. The room I was in had no where to place your suit case so it had to be on the floor. The breakfast options were just ok. I’ve had better and more substantial breakfast options at 3 and 4 star hotels. The bed was very soft which is common in Scandinavia. That can be good for some people and bad for others. This hotel is a decent walk from the nearest metro station so while it’s an ok walk it’s on all cobble stones so not great when you are wheeling a suitcase. I couldn’t fault the staff though, they were excellent.

The location of this hotel was excellent, right on Nyhavn but at the end so noise was not an issue at all. Great daily breakfast and nice room service options if youre too tired to go out to eat every single night. The only minor issue was that my room was very dark as it faced a wall and the lamps did not provide enough light to make up for the lack of sunlight. The television service was quite poor as well and it kept shutting off completely in the middle of my watching something before bed which was annoying, but given how little time I spent in my room these issues were not terribly bothersome. The interior of the hotel was stylish and clean, and the best part was the prime location.

This hotel was perfect, hotel staff is fabulous, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Room was clean and spacious, the location is wonderful, close to restaurants & shopping. Everything is walkable. Great selection for Copenhagen vacation!!

In centre of tourist area but quieter than other hotels as set apart from hubbub.

The property is in the prime location for Nyhaven. When everybody heads off to their hotels after a lively night in Nyhaven, residents merely walk to the end of the street. The sightseeing boats are outside too. The staff cannot do enough. Fabulous.
