The lift did not go to my floor, I had to drag a 30kg bag up and down with zero assistance and the key card worked after ten tries. When I complained I was told it happens and no one cared.

El personal que atiende este hotel en todos sus departamentos sabe con precision la manera de atender bien a un huesped. Siempre estan dispuestos a ayudar y a brindarle confort y comodidad al huesped. Su actitud de servir es su mejor aliada. Felicitaciones. De otra parte la ubicacion del Hotel y su limpieza son dos factores positivos adicionales que inclinan la preferencia por este Hotel.

My husband and I stayed during our stop in Rio. The location was very good, an easy walk to the beach and the staff were very friendly.

very well located hotel in Copacabana, many restaurants and vibrant night life in the arounds. internet signal is not the best. staff was doing great service. quality and value in our stay. Breakfast ok. i will come back

It was very clean and well kept. The staff and service were great. Good selection was great. Room service was really nice. I will definitely come back if I’m in the area again.

When I arrived my reservation had been changed frim 2 twin beds to a double bed. The hotel indisted that I ordered the dbl bed, showing me the paperwork. I absolutely knew I ordered 2 twins doubke checking my reservation before I submitted. It appears the mistake was made on Exoedia's end. I didn't know the person I was sharing with that well, hence twins. The front desk insisted they had no rooms with twins left, yet when I went to the front desk 20 min later to show what I reserved, they switched me to a room with twins. All's well that ends well.
