Posted 25 Jan 2016I found it much lower quality than the ratings I saw, before booking. Not a professional place. Could not contact anyone for help in the night for an emergency. All lights in the premises were switched off to save power. Very scary. Also, it does not look like a heiginic place. No proper hot water in the bathroom. good location, tasty food. They dont accept credit card.

Faster WiFi
Location: Spectacular views and tea plantations
Pros:
Beautiful views from lounge/parking area (no views from room)
Clean rooms with comfortable bedding
Good bathrooms and shower
Very friendly and helpful staff
Great value for money
Excellent breakfast, included
Cons:
Low speed WiFi in room
Rooms were cold (in winter), no heating and extra blankets too thin.
Our room was very noisy in the morning as it was right next to reception

Posted 26 Aug 2015 on HotelsWe went for a family vacation. Stayed there for 3 nights. But I would recommend not to stay for more than 2 nights. The service was very good. All the stuff members were very helpful.
Cons:
1. They don't change the bed sheets.
2. No room cleaning each day.
3. Very limited food items.
