"The staff was very friendly and helpful. My room was cleaned for the most part and housekeeping did a good job. I paid for breakfast before the hotel was transferred over to Riu, however I only experienced the breakfast once in the hotel and it was OK. I definitely feel like it was business friendly and for the most part it was extremely safe. "
