The tv next door was very noisy

The room is very dated. The toilet hadn't been cleaned and someone else's towel had been left in the bathroom. The shower area is mouldy and the shower itself is old with poor pressure. The bed quilt was stained and dirty.
Overall very basic, old and needs attention.

We are very sorry you had issues with the room. We had a new cleaner in which was not a good thing. We will look into the other issues and get them resolved so this does not happen again. Please accept our apologies and wish you had of informed us as soon as it was noticed and we would have fixed the room the how it should have been.
