The tv next door was very noisy

Thank you for the rating, however it is not justified as the guests next door to you called at 1.15am to advise that your family was banging and loud. I knocked on your door shortly after that as your lights were on and i could hear your kids. I informed you i have had complaints and you need to keep it down as it was very late. Under these circumstances your rating is NOT JUSTIFIED. You disturbed other guests
