The parking lot in the back is very dark. The sheets had cigarette burns and holes in them. The towels were bad. They had hair and holes in them. (We had our own towels as backups) The toilet had long strands of hair on it. The shower curtain had the same long strands of hair everywhere. Truly nasty. (We bring our own cleaning supplies for this reason) The check in was crazy. Received a text day prior to check in. That was nice. It went downhill from there. The doors say they lock at 11 pm. We arrived at 10:30 pm and were locked out. I rang the bell as instructed but the front desk did not acknowledge the bell. Instead kept talking to guest and I was left outside for a while until a guest came and opened it with their guest key card. The guest was waiting for me. I told the guest I am checking in. There is no way I can open it. After sliding their card the guest said "this is kind of stupid right?" At which I replied I have no clue but the front desk saw me and heard the bell. I had to chase the front desk attendant down for the Wifi code that he willing gave to another gentleman who was in front of me. He let the elevator doors close on me and did not make an effort to contact the room for the code. He was very nice and professional to that man. He was nice to me but I did not get the same level of service such as an explanation of where my room was and the wifi code. I was never told where and when breakfast was. We slept. We left early.

Ample parking. Clean rooms. Domino's Pizza was right next door and 7-11 was a few doors down. The rooms were clean. Pool was closed when we went so that was a bummer. Overall, would stay again.

The water pump broke and we could not shower for 2 days , the water was black The hair dryer did not work Tv did not work at the beginning The outlets does not work

The beds were a little to form for my liking but it was a great experience nonetheless !

My family has stayed at this property several times and we’ve never had a bad experience. The rooms are clean, the beds and pillows are comfortable and the breakfast is more than granola bars and mini muffins you can find at other places. The outdoor pool is nice with plenty of outdoor seating and a giant chess board for playing. The staff have been friendly on every visit and quickly redo the one issue we had at check in. I was alerted via text that our room was ready before we had arrived which was a pleasant surprise. We will definitely be back on future visits to NJ to visit with family.

I understand that it was a two star hotel. But to charge $250 a night for this is unbelievable. The rooms are filthy, bugs & dirt everywhere. Bring bottled water to brush your teeth because the water comes out of the faucet brown. The bath tub was filthy. I would really suggest staying somewhere else, Because for the price, this is terrible. For a hotel like this, I would expect to pay no more than $80 a night. Also the tv display was about 12 inches. Basically if you can try to avoid this place.

The sheets were very dirty and the phone was not working also the overall condition is poor and not well maintained, the staff were helpful though

Did not like that much the pillows. Also I requested for a room with one king bed they did not give me that room. I liked the breakfast.
