The place is nasty

The room is dated, dirty, old. They need to update the pictures because the room look nothing like what's shown. The place is always full so clearly they are making enough money to fix the place up.

I reserved the room for a week on Expedia, but wasn’t able to stay when we got there to check in. No help was given for the inconvenience either.
