Lovely place, spotlessly clean. Rooms spacious, quite and everything we needed. Bed was hard to me personally but bedding spotless and comfortable, everything great temperature wise and comfortable.
Bathroom spotless, fluffy towels, temple spa toiletries and great water pressure.
Wonderful food , great breakfast and staff really helpful and firendly.
Would definitely stay here again. Ample parking and really well placed for local attractions (especially bodnant gardens and the water gardens).

Staff very nice and attentive only downside was waiting over an hr for food when the hotel wasn’t really busy

The property is set in lovely peaceful surroundings which made it very relaxing.
The view from our room was amazing,
The room we stayed in looked a little tired and the bathroom could do with a refurbish as there were cracked tiles and the grouting around the bath looked old and tired.
The staff on the whole were friendly and helpful but the drinks were a little on the expensive side.
That being said we did have a very relaxing stay and would return again.
