Beautiful location, quiet, well located, clean and spacious room. Warm reception and service, nice breakfast spread. Very close to the windmills.

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful (no English spoken but very quick with a translator app, so no problems experienced at all). The room was simple and clean. It happened to be quite chilly the evening we arrived, but the AC/heat worked very efficiently (as would, I presume, the cooling system in the summer). The breakfast (seating at a joint table, you choose your time when you check in) was fine. For non meat eaters there wasn't a huge selection (no cheese, eggs, minimal veggies), but there was very nice bread for toasting and freshly squeezed orange juice, and the coffee machines worked well :) All in all, it was a very pleasant overnight stay for us, and a practical location from which to drive in the morning to the airport in Madrid (just 1 1/2 hours rather than making the long drive from Granada).

We arrived at the hotel with the door locked. No one answering the door and phone. 25 minutes later the owner showed up, saying the check in time was 4pm, although on Hotels.com Website the check in time is listed as 12pm. Room was nice and clean although small. Bed was tiny and not comfortable. Breakfast is just 4 slices of bread and some oranges. Not sure why it gets such good ratings.

Dear guest, thank you for taking a few minutes to review El Patio de los Jazmines.The check-in time is indeed from 12 noon, but we close the hotel from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. for staff rest, as indicated in the message we sent you from hotels.com. The room we reserved for them was very nice and we think it was spacious (19 m2).Regarding breakfast, we provide them with a large amount of typical products from the area and they left it uneaten, breakfast is one of the things most appreciated by our guests.Estimado huésped, gracias por dedicar unos minutos en valorar El Patio de los Jazmines. La hora del check-in es efectivamente a partir de las 12 horas, pero cerramos el hotel desde las 14 horas hasta las 16 horas por descanso del personal, como así se indica en el mensaje que les enviamos desde hoteles.com. La habitación que les reservamos era muy bonita y creemos que amplia (19 m2)Respecto el desayuno les proporcionamos una gran cantidad de productos típicos de la zona y se lo dejaron sin consumir, el desayuno es una de las cosas mas apreciadas por nuestros huéspedes

Lovely hotel and staff, delicious breakfast , comfortable room , the bathroom a little small . Parking not easy to find on the street but there is a big parking area very close free

Lovely hotel
Posted 30 Jun 2023 on HotelsLovely newly renovated hotel. Highly recommended it and the town. Clean comfortable tastefully decorated room. The hotel is well named for its super, fragrant patio with a pool. The breakfast was superb. Will define stay again if in the area.

Posted 22 May 2023 on HotelsThis is a lovely place to stay when visiting the windmills. We booked the room with the panoramic terrace from which you can see 3 windmills, 4 if you lean out a bit! Breakfast was included and was fantastic, lots of choice with delicious yoghurt compote, good ham and good coffee. Everyone was very welcoming.
