The property did not have an address that could be seen on the map nor did Expedia include a phone number very poor directions to the property

Good morning! I'm sorry you had difficulty getting to the property. We are on Google Business. I could have put Google Maps and the phone number also appears. I don't think it's a big problem; I appreciate your comments and I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

The last place I would book to stay in.

We had the worst stay at this hotel of any of in the past 10 years, covering 50+ stays in hotels. We always give high ratings when deserved but in this case we could not find anything positive except the view. A few minutes after being shown the room to us and receiving a key, we spent the next 15 minutes killing as many bugs as possible (most were coming from in the kitchen where a steady stream of two types of bugs came out of a crack in the wall). I counted 3 cockroaches and 22 other bugs before I gave up. I moved on and tried to get a broken lock on the sliding door to work and gave up. We realized that we had not received the room we paid for (we only were shown a unit with two queens instead of the king bed we ordered. When I went to ask the manager if she could give us another room, I couldn’t find the manager. There were also 2 running leaks of water in the ceiling and from the our ref ridge. The shower didn’t work at all. Our rooms were supposed to have black out windows according to the amenities list which they did not have. The tv had netfix but no cable access. Free Wi-Fi was also listed as an amenity. It didn’t exist and there was no one to ask about it.

I am very sorry that your stay has been so unpleasant.I wanted to offer you my point of view since I made your reservation. I hope it helps you understand my position and not that it is not so severe with us.1) As soon as he communicated with us, he couldn't go down steps. I changed the single room to an apartment with a terrace, equipped with two bedrooms, a bathroom and a full kitchen. (upgrade free of charge)2- We have a monthly fumigation schedule. Although our hotel is integrated into nature within an area of the valley in which it is normal for there to be insects and more so if the terrace door remains open. It is impossible that there is not some insect what you describe seems unlikely to me that there are 20 or more insects. Even so, I sincerely apologize.3) I wanted to tell you that the Dominican girl who came with you gave her a contact telephone number for any incident or need you might have. But we didn't get any calls. The person in charge of reception has a schedule from 9:00 to 17:00 in the afternoon. She attended you at 6:00 p.m. waiting for you, she cannot be working for 24 hours, as you will understand... but I provide her telephone number for any incident and nobody called us.3) It is true that there was a small trickle of water; They were already warned before entering that it came from a leak in the apartment above that there was a tap open and it would stop soon.4) They were shown the room if they are not satisfied they just had to communicate it and we would have changed it to another place.5) Jhon, I think it is easy to communicate with us if there is any problem and it is not necessary to live this experience, with how easy it would be if he had called us to change the room and not say anything, it is a problem that we would have solved in a minute and we should not be wasting time with these criticisms with this excessive harshness.-I apologize and I would like to be able to invite you one night to live a normal experience in our hotel, in which we strive every day to be an unbeatable resting place for our guests. Ubicación y distribución excelente, les sugiero que deben tener un poco más de cuidado con algunas alimañas que se pueden observar, además de poder contar con algunas mesas de juego, tales como de ping pong o billar para entretenimiento cuando se está en la instalación.

Muy limpio, seguro y buenas atenciones. Lo que no me gustó es que el internet no funciona y para personas que lo necesitamos es importante y decía que había en la Villa
