I got to the hotel at 4am I planned to stop and sleep and they wouldn’t allow me to check in at all and charged me $100

1. I was disappointed the concierge could not give me a restaurant recommendation. Not a big deal, but it was something in a small town they should have.
2. No complimentary shampoo. Two conditioners.
3. As I was sitting on the toilet I noticed the rim on the sink was dirty. As a compulsive person I proceed to clean that area.
