Cracked molding things falling off walls bad patchwork needed a coat of paint the bathroom shower curtain rod wouldn’t allow a curtain to stay in one place. It was sliding down. Looks like it was a bad patch job.

Thank you for leaving us a review Raymond. We are aware of the needed repairs and we have a contractor who has started them, but it's one room at a time. So it takes a while.

The room stunk aweful when we came in i sprayed, the carpot is gross we wore our slides the whole time

This place is fine for a quick one night stay. The following night, we stayed at a different Days Inn and the difference was night and day. Concordia location was moderately clean, i was not comfortable walking barefoot on the carpet and the bathroom could use a good scrub. The breakfast in the AM was bread, muffins and coffee. I was shocked at the differences when i stayed at the next location the following night.

Bad smell and even worse (smelled heavilly like dog) the second day

Had you told us about the smell when you checked in, we would have moved you to a different room. As far as the second day goes, we have no way to determine where smells come from. So please as soon as you notice a problem in a room, alert the front desk so it can be addressed.

This property needs to be remodeled. I don't know how they get away with these dirty conditions and run down property under the label

We are actually in the process of renovating. It's slow going when you have to take it one room at a time. I also remember you and your daughter looking at 2 rooms before you decided to stay, and I doubt you would be willing to stay in a dirty room for 2 nights. Just because we are an older property, doesn't mean dirty.

Faucets dripping. Floor sticky. Bed cleanliness questionable.

If you had told the front desk you felt the linens' cleanliness was questionable, we would have come and changed the sheets for you. As to the sticky floor, I will be sure to let housekeeping know of the situation. And I will alert maintenance to the leaking faucet.

Smelly room but fortunately window had screen. Water in shower smelled.
