Clean but I recommend they need a heater for the pool

This place is heads and shoulders above the other places in the vicinity. More recently renovated, more room space and better staff. Even the breakfast is a few steps above. Would like to see more maintenance of the parts of the rooms that require deep cleaning - wallpaper, upholstery, baseboards. That being said, it still ranks far higher than the Colonial Inn, the Best Western across the street (majorly rundown and old) or the Element.
