Barely staffed, old stained carpet, late check in because room wasn’t ready. 16 dollars a day for car rent spa broken. They wanted to keep the full rent because I wanted to cancel early this morning I found out I didn’t get surgery and that’s why I got the room and I wanted to reschedule. They said no so we ended up staying. We had been told we could check in at 11 AM and then we showed up at 11 and they said one and then we came at one and they told us 130 was very inconvenient. Half the hotel is shut down so they are only servicing about a third of it. The restaurant us closed. It looks like they are operating on a shoe string budget , they still have Covid rules so there is no cleaning g the rooms after initial check in. I think that is really sacrificing the hotel expand Covid has been made downgraded like all colds.

I picked this hotel for our ‘staycation’ specifically because of the hot tub… but it was not working😕 other than that everything was great!

This property was beautiful inside. The rooms were clean and I felt safe.

This one worse places than I ever stayed, when I want to check in a lady that I was way earlier that I have to come back in 2 hrs because room was not ready, so I requested if I can leave my luggage and the bellboy counter and she said that the hotel wasn’t space for me leave it, and when I finally check in the front desk said that it was prohibited to smoke in the room but when I went to my floor the entire floor smells that people were smoking on the rooms and the staff that was cleaning they were even saying anything, and later on I went to complain to the front desk the gentleman that told me that we can’t smoke told me because some of the guest were smoking out went inside and I replied to that is impossible because I was on the second floor and I was all way side of the hotel while I replied to that whatever he was saying it was so stupid
