The staff was good but the owner/manager was terrible. We were never notified that the family room was under renovation. It took time for them to check us in since our reservation was from Expedia. Since our room was under renovation, we were downgraded to a deluxe room. The room doesnt have any phone so if you need anything from the hotel you have to go downstairs. During check out, the manager told me to contact expedia and request for refund due to the room type adjustment from family room to deluxe room. I told them they should report it to expedia about the downgrade so they can send me my refund. However, the manager told me she doesnt even know how to contact expedia and she has no means of communicating with you. Such a terrible experience!
