Central to getting around Lake Como and around the Lake due to its proximity to the boat taxis just a short walk.
The room service food was delicious and everyone we talked to at the front desk was very helpful.

The Palace Hotel was amazing, so close to the ferry station, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and polite and even had my clothes laundered late Friday afternoon when they are closed on the weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in Como.

The bedding is terrible for a nice hotel. Wool blankets and a low thread count. Rooms are incredibly old and bathroom dated. Staff was not helpful at all. They were rude. It was an awful experience not worth the money.
