The Palace Hotel was amazing, so close to the ferry station, shopping and restaurants. The staff were very accommodating and polite and even had my clothes laundered late Friday afternoon when they are closed on the weekend. I would highly recommend this hotel to stay in Como.

The bedding is terrible for a nice hotel. Wool blankets and a low thread count. Rooms are incredibly old and bathroom dated. Staff was not helpful at all. They were rude. It was an awful experience not worth the money.

Desde que llegamos nos estaban esperando la bienvenida excelente trato. El cuarto VIP frente al lago Como una belleza. Walkable para todos lados. Restaurante del hotel hermoso y el servicio de primera. Los empleados súper agradables y serviciales. Nos sentimos como Reyes en un palacio.
