"Great location"

"Me and my sister stayed there for a concert. The day we were leaving, we were helped by a lady at the front desk. Patient, kind, 10/10 service, especially when I was fumbling around my bag losing EVERYTHING, she stayed patient and friendly. Gorgeous accent, I wish I knew her name. She was checking us out at the front desk. AMAZING woman. We also met Mike. While i’m not sure what position Mike has, he went above and beyond to help us with our vehicle, AND find parking to get coffee. A true man. Give him a raise. A free lunch. SOMETHING. he went the extra MILE to be sure me and my sister were happy and caffeinated for our hours of a drive home. With a fist bump, a dozen funny jokes, and a smile, he sent us on our way. We WILL be back every trip we take to Chicago. Those two people single-handedly made our stay fabulous and I hope I will see them again soon. "

"The hotel and surrounding area were clean and quiet with a nice indoor pool and adequate exercise room. It is near but not next to the highway between Chicago and Milwaukee."

"This hotel was truly a gem! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with lots of shopping and restaurants to try. Me and my husband stayed here for our 25th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint. There is plenty of free parking for the hotel guest which is very rare for Chicago and it's surrounding areas. It is also in close proximity to downtown Chicago. The room was very spacious and clean and we loved the old charm of the decor. The only thing that was not the best was that the king size bed was a little too hard for our liking. But we were able to fix that by getting an extra comforter to make it softer. We loved the jazz music that was playing in the lobby, so soothing. We will definitely stay here again when we visit Chicago. "
