Hafsa and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They made a grieving time bearable. The check in was quick and easy. Everything was explained from breakfast available to check out. The room was comfortable, clean and spacious. The hallways were lit, wide and clean. Our family was there for a funeral and we were all very much accommodated. Thank you!

The room was mostly clean, lacking maybe a bit of attention to the bathroom. The staff was polite and helpful, but the guy who checked us in had very long fingernails and they were encrusted with dirt. Not a good look. It was very cold when we checked in, and overnight the parking lot froze. But still, the walks were cleared and safely passable. In general, this was a good place to stay.
