Reception was very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean. We had to leave for an early flight, so we missed breakfast. We were a little alarmed by the neighborhood when we pulled up, but the room was clean and everything was fine.

A Stay to Remember… for All the Wrong Reasons If you’re after an immersive “crime scene meets biohazard” experience, this is the place for you. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a shower curtain sporting an impressive collection of black mould, which was nicely complemented by a used washcloth thoughtfully left hanging over the shower rail by the previous guests. Nothing says “welcome” quite like someone else’s hygiene routine. The bathroom floor featured a mysterious black hair, while the main floor had also embraced the colour black—although in this case, we’re fairly sure it wasn’t by design. Entertainment didn’t disappoint either. Sitting proudly on the TV joinery unit was a piece of well-aged, used chewing gum. It’s always nice when a hotel provides complimentary snacks… even if they’ve already been enjoyed by someone else. To round out the experience, the atmosphere was enhanced by some particularly unclassy fellow guests, ensuring there wasn’t a dull moment. Overall, if cleanliness and comfort are high on your priority list, you may want to keep scrolling. If, however, you’re looking for a hotel where every corner holds a new surprise, you’ve hit the jackpot.
