The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! "Stayed here for an event at United Center. Great location although we ended up driving there because we had a child with us but it is walkable. Clean rooms. Free breakfast with large selection and staff kept the area well stocked and very clean! No issues with parking but staff advised that we use the parking lot in back for security since we had a BMW. Swimming pool was small but clean and warm. We would definitely stay here again! "
