"The shower would not drain so we were standing in water the entire time. Outside door was not sealing so it whistled day and night with the wind"

"The breakfast was great. It is an old hotel that has been remodeled. The check in area and the room was good (bathtub could have been cleaner or should be replaced. It's dated and stained). Bed is decent. Bar Louie is attached to the hotel and is a great amenity (it's nice and clean as well). The front desk staff just wanted to get through their shift and get home. They seemed put out that they had to extend themselves to guests. The halls creeped me out a little. They are old, dirty and dated. The hotel shuttle is convenient and a great benefit. Can't beat the price at $119 for standard king room. Overall, I would stay there again in a crunch but would likely choose other properties over this one if I could."

"We're delayed by tornados on the way and upon arrival the front desk employee had his back facing the customers and just yelled "we have no room". When I said we had a reservation he said "no you do not". I have never experienced such blatant disrespect in a professional setting. I called Expedia as well as my trip insurance company and never got through to a human. Unbelievable horrible experience. "

"Noise all night from adjacent room rented to construction worker. Hotels.com have stated room is in area rented to construction workers routinely I will make Instagram acct for entire bad experience I can tell staff does not give a care."

"The bathroom window (which faces the alley) has a broken frame, so it does not close. The outside window security bars are loose. So, someone could easily climb inside. Since the window didn’t completely shut, the bathroom was about 30 degrees when I went to take a shower. Then I kept complaining about the 2-3 drunk people next door. Loud as F. I complained, but they kept it up. I jerryrigged the bathroom window. A real Macgyver job. Also, the first room I reserved had a bad tv and the heat had been left off for long time. Very cold."
