The carpet was disgusting, used bandaids, pills, crumbs. Bedding and towels stained. Chairs looked like they were taken out of a dumpster. Never again will I stay at a Wyndham hotel.

I checked into this hotel on May 17. It was so bad that I checked into another hotel for the rest of our scheduled trip. Super 8 says they will NOT offer a refund. I'm asking that Expedia intervene and get a refund for me. I realize there are rules and stipulations but since the hotel was so bad I feel I deserve a refund. Your help is appreciated.

I just wanted to cry. One room the doorwould not latch shut, unless you pick up the door handle so hard and then it would. Once this was an issue I asked for another room. That one was not even cleaned there was still trash in the trash, dirty soap in the tub, and I am surethey just remake the bed. I didnt realize it was dirty until I went in to wake my daughter. So I got all her stuff out and asked for the room back that I thought the door handle was fixed on. My room the bathroom had not been cleaned and im sure the bedding wasnt changed. There were tournaments going on there so slmost of the hotels were sold out orto expensive. We didnt have hot water and towards night and early morning it smelt like weed. The one room that was dirty that my daughter was in had electric issues. Theownshave more money in there pocket then they do into the hotel. So very disappointed 😞

Was very dirty , room had Oder , blankets were dirty, not vacuumed, walls are filthy with hand prints , food, blood, broken desk torn chairs , hair in tub, dusty, had to switch rooms to find the same issues, paint chip in shower, holes in wall, stains in floor, I asked for refund twice and wouldn’t give it to me, manager had to clean the 2nd room himself which still was not convincing enough or comfortable enough to stay there, which I did not stay I did go back to get my belonging the next day being I stayed out of town with friend. Would never come back and if I was you I’d take this girl off your site before you get ruined by it, I did take pictures, the breakfast was also terrible! Only had dry bread , one kind of cereal and waffles that taste sour . I would definitely report This to get looked at, very dissatisfying and disappointing!! Wasted money!! And my whole reason for staying was completely ruined!! Very very very upset!! Manger says it’s language barrier but as manager why he don’t check the rooms after being cleaned and or help teach better or find different worker? He don’t care enough to handle the issue of any kind accordingly I guess

We tried to check-in but there was no one at the front desk. There was a gentlemen who said he had been waiting for over 30 minutes. We went back to our car and dialed the local number. A woman answered and said she was at the front desk. Went back in and no one was there, but in a few minutes a woman came to the desk. I gave her my name. She really did not say anything....handed the key cards to me, and that was it. She did not say where our room was, where to come in, where to park, nothing about breakfast. Was very odd. Hallways still have a very strong smokey smell.
