There were double key cards issued to our room, ours & someone else we didn’t know. Tried to break into our room at night. Several issues with our room.

Hotel was nice but didn’t get room service like they said the pool wasn’t open like they said the restaurant wasn’t open like they said the bar wasn’t open like they said but to cover it all went to check out and checked back in the same room the credit my account they said they refunded me the money but l had to give them cash or another card it was more then what I paid for because I had to get cash out the atm but overall the room are clean staff are nice

The bed was very uncomfortable shower needs new shower heads but the breakfast was amazing.

I didn’t stay at the hotel, their pool was closed. I had two smaller kids and that’s the whole reason I booked the room in the first place. I tried to get a refund, no one seemed to be able to help me
