Wyndham and La Quinta need to take their names off this place it is embarrassment to both their brands!The air conditioner was dislodged from the wall we could see the outside. The fridge,micro and light were plugged into a surge protector that didn’t work as did several of the lights in the room. We battled bugs the whole time. Rust in tub. Filthy! So much for breakfast the first day - employee telling everyone owners didn’t order it then proceeded to pour out laundry in food area. I will be calling both corporate offices of Wyndham and La Quinta to complain.

Thank you for your feedback, however, you did not make any complaints during your stay. As for the comment you made regarding "laundry poured out at breakfast ", I was taking the dirty towels and replacing them with clean towels due a leak in the coffee pot. Please proceed with Corporate, as we are a private establishment, and no refund will issued. Have a lovely day.

Worst place Bathroom had a leak in the sink, no pool, AC did not work and no room service. For breakfast they had only coffee.

The shower curtain was nasty and the hotel needs a renovation! Room could have been cleaned better

The property outside and inside were dirty, the Continental breakfast was nasty black coffee, and powder creamer, and 6 slices of bread displayed to toast in a dirty toaster for all hotel customers I had reserved a room on Expedia for a week believing that I was going to get the room in the website only to be disappointed and upset. I stood 1 night out of necessity but the next morning I checked out. Couldn't get out of that hotel soon enough. La Quinta in Columbus GA out of exit 7A or 7B don't remember the exit well I guess I want to forget that experience DO NOT STAY.

Carmen Estrella, good morning...So, first things first, your reason for leaving early, as you stated, you had to get back home. Secondly, I was gracious enough to only charge you for one night. Third, the property definitely wasn't dirty on the inside nor outside. You tried to check in early, and was told early check in wasn't available at the time and to return at 11:30. I was actually cleaning the lobby when you came inside. With that being said, your review is exaggerated and you could have simply canceled when you tried to check in early. Thank you.

The people who worked there tried to keep up with everything. I reported a problem and they a=can only pass it on to the owners.

This hotel looks like nothing on the pictures provided here on Expedia. Please update. The hotel smells terrible even on non emailing rooms
