The system was down when we arrived so I was not provided a room key. Staff had to walk us to our room. Secondly, the elevator was noisy as it was broken. We felt unsafe. Lastly, our room air condition did not work. It was hot. I decided to leave and I will report the issue to the manager once I get back home. Totally disappointed as I have stayed at the Hyatt multiple times with no issue.

This is a great property. The rooms are clean and in good condition. The breakfast and other amenities are very nice. We did have an issue with the front desk staff upon check-in. But, in general, the staff is very helpful and efficient.

Typical hotel breakfast leaning on the better side. Coffee was out standing
The only issue was the elevator… needs to be serviced immediately.. we used the stairs and we were on the fifth floor….
