Staff was great. Amazing hospitality! Except for the III shift front desk gentleman, he was kind of rude when I ask for an extra towel.
However, everyone else was very professional

Room was dirty and worn out looking . Needs updated terribly . Breakfast was a joke .

The property is worn out and not well maintained. There is a strong odor and they're using a harsh fragrance to cover the odor. Our room was dirty and unkept. We atayed but felt uncomfortable.

We’ve stayed at the property before and loved it. So, we decided to book again and the stay was awesome. Beautiful, clean, the staff nice, and overall quiet and comfortable.

Door had marks on it where someone had previously broken in. Shower was broke. Staff told us to “ sleep with a bat”. Ended up leaving and went to another hotel.
