They had no regular creamer for coffee at breakfast. Said they only had flavored. I hate flavored creamer. Other than that, everything else was ok

It’s a nice property, easy access to the highway pet friendly . The only issue is there is no soundproofing. We could hear (everything) above us, outside our door and the cars in the parking lot. We were on the 3rd floor maybe it wouldn’t be an issue if we were on the 5th floor.

It’s a newer facility and is easily accessible from the highway with ramps to 70 and 71 very close by. Room was large and clean; had individual temperature control panel for guest comfort. I have the Hilton app and selected a 4th floor room facing the street; had to stop at front desk on arrival and was instead given a 3rd floor suite facing rear parking lot and firepit seating area. Other guests were out drinking on this “patio” and had a little speaker so we could all enjoy their music. Guest in room above practiced running loudly back and forth across their room until about 10:30 pm.
I found the hotel clean and convenient; the additional parking fee of 19$ should just be included in the rate instead of added on as an additional fee.
It’s a nice place - but as the cheapest decent option in downtown Columbus it attracts guests who, in some cases, lack common courtesy.
