I requested an accessible room assuming that it would be like the one on the webpage for Expedia. The room I was given was unsuitable for our disability needs. I had to pay for a room upgrade as well as the Expedia room. I will go back to that hotel, but Expedia was a great disappointment.

The bed was very nice, the shower was hot and the breakfast had a lot of good choices to choose from.

We stayed in the king bed studio suite. This was perfect for our family of four. Plenty of space for a large pack/play and toddler air mattress. Would stay here again. Already looking for more homes to suites to book for future travel plans.

They have bed bugs. My daughter was eaten up while she was sleeping. She woke up with bite marks all over her face. This was the only hotel I stayed in when visiting Columbus. I am very disappointed.

One thing I will mention. I took a shower this morning and the bathtub wasn’t draining very well.

Staff is extremely polite and accommodating. Hotel is clean and fairly quiet. Location is great, close to highway and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and stores.
