Upon arrival I noticed my refrigerator wasn't working. I looked and noticed it was unplugged and plugged it back in. I went down and notified front desk and Ashley was upset and immediately came to check it out. She then stated if it doesn't get cold she would personally bring up a new one. The staff is so friendly and helpful and they all deserve a pat on the back for keeping that hotel in tip top shape. Thank you again Ashley I hope I'm saying her name right she pulled a double shift the day i checked in.

The staff was extremely friendly without being overly so- it's an older looking property so the bathroom could have been much cleaner- should have been a breakfast/coffee bar each morning but only saw one my last day- could use some help in transportation- recommended taxi service unreliable and sketchy

At the price point required, I felt danger for myself and family’s both safety and health

There no ice machine and no extra towels

My five stars are given not only for the quality or condition of the facility. It was clean, comfortable, convenient, safe, quiet, but the “highlight” was the staff member, Amy. She is cordial, and exhibited a kind and compassionate attitude.

I love staying here, the Staff does an Excellent job! I have to come to town for my business and they allow pets. The place is clean with a continental breakfast and great coffee. It is great for quick trips and close to everything I need. Thanks for always making me feel special.

Needs much needed updating

The room was very old and very worn. The floors were sticky and looked like they hadn’t been cleaned in a long time. The pillows had hairs from previous guests on them.

This is the first time satying here, ( was having major surgery on my amputated leg), nice set up, wasn't clean, the floors needed to be vacuumed, counters needed to be wiped down, the bathroom sink stopper was full of mold, both bedspreads had crumbs on them, the people up stairs were so noisy as well, i was very disappointed in my stay, wish i could get my money back.
