Our room was on the second floor at the far end of the building...quite a long walk. Three times we had to walk back to the lobby to get new keys made because they wouldn't work. Apparently, this was happening to other guests, too. Our television didn't work. With no prior notice, they charged a $50 per night security deposit to be returned a week to 10 days after pur stay. (3 nights.) The breakfast which is complementary at most places cost $17.99 per person there. The bed seemed old and was not very comfortable. We will not be staying at a Double Tree again.

My family and I travel every year to Dublin Ohio for shopping, restaurants and Columbus Zoo. This was our second stay at the Double Tree, which the 1st (summer) pool was closed. Our recent visit pool was open which we enjoyed. The inside of the bathtub was rusty, Housekeeping did not clean our room, even after I confirmed with front desk that there was no to request cleaning stated by front desk. Overall nice hotel, just need better customer service.
