Right next to highway exit ramp so try to get room on other side of building.

Was very disrespectful to me

Dear Terrance,Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We apologize for the dissatisfaction of your stay.we checked your reservation. you only had 2 adult register in reservation. but you bring 6 kids with you so total of 2adult and 6 kids. also damage wall because you made holes with screw to hang bedsheets. your room was trash. made stain allover on carpet and wall. it took more then hour to clean 3 people to clean your room. also stain pillow cases, towels, carpet,sheets,etc.we have to strip everything to wash. there was food everywhere on carpet and bed. when you even gave hard time to check in and was Rude to FD about deposit. also upon check out you was yelling in lobby and arguing with FD with inappropriate language. That other guest saw you was misbehaving with FD.this is reason hotel charge deposit. and that's why you get damage charge and will not get your deposit back.We take the time to listen to your constructive comments so we can continually improve our services. and We hope for another opportunity to exceed your expectations.

Every thing clean but one bad thing was the noise from the room above on second floor. When ever someone walked around cracking and popping noises came from the floor. Was the floor above a wooden floor that was loose?
