As we checked into the front desk, the lady welcomed us with a smile and checked us in quickly. She gave us the cards for the door and advised of the best place to park. the room was excellent and all the comforts of home.. A/C worked just right! Beds were Great!. We were close to the breakfast room and we certainly took advantage of that! Thank you so very much for a pleasant stay in Columbus! Ray and Glenda Paulson

I do want to comment on the bathtub situation. The room was well maintained overall, and I appreciated the bright recessed light in the corner for reading. However, in the bathroom, there was an older bathtub with slippery surface. Even with some sticky non-skid pieces on the bottom of the tub, there was only one small grab bar on the far end from the shower. I don't have an issue with balance as a rule, but I was really concerned about falling.

I am sure they are great people. However, I did ask for a spoon at the front desk around 2 to 3 this morning and due to my son having a fever over 103. And they wouldn't even come to the front desk nor would they give me a silly spoon. I know this might sound petty, but there are multiple Occasions where we asked for simple things and they just pushed us off.
